  • Teman Startup: Intimate Founders' Event

    Collaborated with Teman Startup, The Self Hug hosted an Intimate Founders' event for leaders in the moms and kids industry. Facilitated by our Well-being Consultant Michelle Dylan, the gathering offered a nurturing space for reflection and authentic connection amidst the busyness of life, through a gentle connection exercise and journaling using our Self-Discovery journal.

  • HOUM: A Journey into Stillness

    In collaboration with HOUM, we gathered to explore grounding and presence. Through a blend of Yin Yoga and Reiki led by Yoga Instructor Debbie Nasta, we anchored ourselves in the body, releasing tension and arriving fully in the moment. This was followed by reflective journaling guided by our Co-Founder Kanina Priatna, allowing space to connect with inner calm.

  • AtAmerica: #RamadhanKreatif Evening through Wellness

    Closing the Ramadhan season at @america, the U.S. Embassy's Cultural Center, with an evening of mindfulness and self-reflection led by our Well-being Consultant, Yanitrasari Widyastuti, and Yoga Facilitator, Hana Dameria. The session featured meditation, guided journaling, and a sharing circle.

  • Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship: #TheBestYear

    Kicked off 2025 with a morning breakfast and mindfulness session for women founders at Denmark’s leading entrepreneurship hub at Copenhagen Business School. Co-facilitated by our Co-founder, Chrysti Luckynelly, the session combined yoga, mediation, and guided journaling.

  • Beiersdorf Indonesia: World Mental Health Day

    Co-hosted a wellness workshop for Beiersdorf Indonesia on “Improving Mental Health at Work.” The session included a talk show with Psychologist, Michelle Dylan, a collaborative puzzle painting activity, and a team affirmation exercise based on Beiersdorf’s core values.

  • FemaleDaily: Cultivating Well-being through Journaling

    Joined Female Daily’s FD Connect for an afternoon of self-reflection, honest conversations, and creativity. Our Co-Founder, Nina Priatna, spoke about journaling's impact on emotional resilience. Participants engaged in reflective journaling, and a candle painting workshop by Kynd Sourcery.

  • Garmin: Inspire Inclusion

    To celebrate International Women’s Day, we partnered with Garmin Indonesia for a special journaling workshop themed around self-reflection and meaningful connection. Guided by Psychologist, Ghianina Armand, the session explored how nurturing healthy relationships contributes to a safe, inclusive community.

  • HHP Law Firm (Baker McKenzie): Well-Being at Work Week

    Supported HHP Law Firm in their ongoing commitment to holistic workplace wellness. The Self Hug hosted a yoga and journaling workshop facilitated by our Co-Founder, Chrysti Luckynelly—creating space for employees to pause, reflect, and recharge.

  • Isuzu Motors: Boosting Productivity at the Workplace

    In a virtual workshop, our Psychologist partner, Khadijah Rohmaani, spoke about the nature of stress, its impact on productivity, and practical strategies to manage it. She introduced mindfulness techniques, emotional regulation tools, and journaling as effective ways to alleviate stress and build daily mental resilience.

  • Bartega: Mental Health and Art Therapy

    In partnership with Bartega, we hosted a workshop on mental well-being through art therapy. Our Psychologist, Grace Indrawati, shared the importance of mental health in the workplace and how creative tools like art therapy and journaling can support emotional well-being. Following the talk, employees took part in a hands-on paint-on-pottery session.

  • Tokopedia Creator Academy: Creating Positive Content

    Our Co-Founder Chrysti Luckynelly, Psychologist Khadijah Rohmaani, and Mental Health Doodler Wantja, hosted a virtual talk on how creators can share mindful, educational content around mental health—and how small, positive messages can make a meaningful impact online.
